  • To create events and allow guests to participate.
  • To store, display, and share photos and event content according to the features you use.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of Avite.
  • To understand how the service is used and improve its features and experience.
  • To communicate with you about important service updates or support requests.

3. Photos and event content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload to Avite.

When you upload content, you allow Avite to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service. Depending on the event and its settings, content may also be visible to the event organizer and other participants.

Please only upload photos or other content that you have the right to share.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Avite, such as cloud hosting, data storage, analytics, email delivery, and other infrastructure providers. These providers may only process information as necessary to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Avite, our users, or others.

5. Data storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information handled by Avite.

However, no internet service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide Avite, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain the security of the service.

You may request deletion of your account or personal information. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or record-keeping purposes.

Avite is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to consent to the processing of their personal information in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Avite may use service providers located in different countries. As a result, your information may be processed or stored outside the country where you live. Where required, we take appropriate measures to protect information transferred internationally.
